Some problem with the rank of designer

I found out that if you are in the designer rank, you can change user's comment. And the column was suppose to be for mod and admin only.

That means you have partial mod permissions.It probably normal.

All usergroups have permission to edit other users' admin and moderator comments. So, if top poster existed, he/she could edit it.

But designers are not hired as mods. I think we should delete this thing. In case some designers have bad altitudes and stuff(not saying we have any). And anyways, mod is a way higher rank than designers
