Panfu was like this cp and they were sued...
We cannot use the same playercard and login screen.
Changing the color does not make it any diffrent.

Not only is it the pictures, but the whole game is based just like club penguin!!
Mini games, houses, chatting, map, places in bear forest, playercards, and so on.
Without Club penguin this game would not be here, and that is because we pretty much stole the
main idea of the game from cp.

And that is the reason I am making a multiplayer game that is way diffrent than cp.

You copyed club penguin with everything just wrote bears that's the only diffrence. If you want to make a game I would start by making a new screen I dont think club penguin will be very happy if you do that without permission from them first.

This is what I think,
We should just stop with all the fighting about the copyright and just leave it.
Put it in the rules no argueing about copyright
If anyone posts about the copyright again Infract them and tell them read the rules.
If they continue to talk about it Ban them.

it is not an EXACT copy, i don't think Joel uses CP much anyways.
IF we get taken to caught, i will simply get an overlay of the two screens and show the difference.

have you noticed that they ahve about 50 penguins on the start page for the game??
