Dizzy <<<< Yup, im confused... .com? Is this a copy of Club Penguin cos the screen and the bears look like them. Im not one of those people who like are on one side and fighting... Its cos when I saw the bear and the main screen photo I thought... Copy? So is it? (Not being mean!)

This game is not a copy of Club Penguin. Only minor things on Club Penguin are added here.

Yes. It looks kinda like CP. But it is not a copy or a copyright. CP can't do anything about this because they didnt make this screen.

No they can take us to court, but i will simply overlay the 2 sets of screens in photoshop and prove it is not a copy. Playercards are now built into the side (i think).

And in what way do the bears look like penguins??

There are millions of FAILED games that look like Club Penguin. Even though I'm an artist here, I doubt that we'd have enough money for servers.

Yes but the WHOLE game is based on club penguin!!!
There is just bears instead of penguins, and diffrent artwork.
