| I found out that if you are in the designer rank, you can change user's comment. And the column was suppose to be for mod and admin only. | |

| That means you have partial mod permissions.It probably normal. | |

| All usergroups have permission to edit other users' admin and moderator comments. So, if top poster existed, he/she could edit it. | |

| But designers are not hired as mods. I think we should delete this thing. In case some designers have bad altitudes and stuff(not saying we have any). And anyways, mod is a way higher rank than designers | |
